I've tried running the Add-AppXPackage -Register "Package Name" -DisableDevelopmentMode command since the package does exist in the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps folder and that runs successfully. The sysprep process keeps failing because the app mentioned above is provisioned for a single user, but not for every user of the device. Unfortunately, we're a small company and as a result of our needs, we don't run SCCM. We found out you have to download the Waves MaxxAudio Pro for Dell 2019 app from the Microsoft Store, which is fine, but we need to run a sysprep command in order to prepare the image for capture to our WDS server. I have a bunch of Dell Optiplex 3070 for business use and the make/model is known for having issues with sound.
